We are currently only doing gas related work since covid. We do NOT offer chimney repair or cleaning.
Service Calls: A technician will take your fireplace apart as necessary, clean direct vent glass, replace burner embers where necessary, make minor repairs and recommendations for parts if needed. Service is $235 normally or $210 with discounts; parts are extra if required. We will clean the fireplace as much as possible to remove soot on logs, try to remove white film on glass if it’s not burnt in and visually inspect venting from inside the fireplace where readily accessible. Wiring will be inspected where accessible, valve and pilots will be cleaned and voltages checked when possible. Burner orifices will be cleaned when necessary. We don’t use advertising sales gimmicks like claiming we do a 20, 30 or 50 point inspection. That is just clever advertising by people who don’t know the trade. We have been doing this nearly 30 years now. We get in and get the job done without wasting your time. While it is impossible to warranty used items, we do warranty repairs and parts we sell and install the same as an auto mechanic would for one year.

Where Can I Buy:
Never buy online! Buying local helps the local economy and warrantee issues can be resolved in days instead of months. I can not tell you how many times customers thought they were saving money by buying products online and ended up with parts damaged or missing or they ordered the wrong item. It costs them more in the end. Keep in mind, most stores won't install what they don't sell, we will. I have a relationship with most local stores and I can usually get products much cheaper. Also, most online distributors sell products that do not have a nomenclature/product I.D. tag. This eliminates the possibility of passing inspection as inspectors often look for this.
